At Ideal Physical Therapy, our free sports-specific workshops are not only informative but also hands-on and interactive. We’ve designed each session to focus on movement, self-care, and practical strategies you can use right away.

Golf Injury Prevention
Our golf workshops utilize the Gray Institute’s Functional Golf System. This approach is all about improving your golf-specific mobility, stability, and power. Not only does this help prevent injuries, but it can also give your golf game a real boost. Participants walk away with techniques they can integrate into their routine to stay on top of their game.

Pickleball Injury Prevention
With the rapid rise of pickleball, many new players are jumping in without proper conditioning, which puts them at higher risk of injury. Our pickleball workshops focus on simple, at-home self-care routines and exercises that players can do to build strength and prevent common injuries. The goal is to keep you playing safely and confidently.

Baseball Injury Prevention
Our baseball workshops are all about protecting that throwing arm. We emphasize shoulder strengthening and conditioning to help players avoid injuries that could lead to time off the field or even surgery. Like all our workshops, this session is interactive and movement-focused, ensuring you leave with practical skills and stronger shoulders.
